As shown in the above figure, this organizational model features a school board headed by a board chairperson, who is oftentimes a business shareholder or the owner of the school. The board usually includes the directors of all the divisions of the school (including in this case the American Division, the British Division, and the National Division) and representatives of other stakeholders, including administrators, teachers, paraprofessionals, students, parents, and community members. The school board meets regularly to conduct professional evaluations of the performance of directors of divisions and to decide on other issues including the annual school budget. The American Division is headed by Dr. Rehab Lashine, who reports to the School Board, headed by the Board Chairperson, Mrs. Khadiga Abdelwahab. The principals of the schools in the American Division (Kindergarten: Ms. Nadia Taha, Elementary School: Ms. Safaa Sultan, Middle School: Ms. Marwa Baheig, and High School: Mr. Mohamed Saber) report to Dr. Rehab Lashine, the American Division Director. Then the hierarchy flows down normally onto HODs, senior teachers & teacher mentors, teachers, assistant teachers, and class assistants.
